Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions offers an excellent benefit program to compensate our employees for their performance. Our benefits include:

Direct Deposit
Ad-VANCE allows employees to have their pay directly deposited into a checking or savings account. Pay is credited and available two (2) days after your timecard is processed (usually Thursday). Direct deposit will become effective after a two-week trial period.

Pay Cards
Provides employee with a debit pay card offering immediate availability to earnings without the hassle of depositing a check. Coming in April, 2009.

Holiday Pay
Upon completion of 500 year-to-date hours you will become eligible for holiday pay. Holidays include:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

* Payroll Service employees are exempt from holiday pay.

Medical Insurance
We offer an affordable option for employee-paid medical benefits through CIGNA HealthCare, which is the fastest growing health insurance plan in the nation for temporary employees.

Referral Bonuses
Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions has several different bonus programs to reward our employees for referrals. The bonus programs remain in effect even if you are hired full-time by one of our clients. To refer a friend, please fill out our referral form.

Vacation Pay
After working 1500 career hours for Ad-VANCE, you are eligible for vacation pay.
