Employees of the Month
Celebrating the hard work of our Employees of the Month for November in the Roads and Drainage department and the Utilities Department!
Congratulations to Joshua Brown, Michael Sorokey, Dekenf Nombre, and Katherine Bailey!
Congratulation to Laurie Cox for being awarded Employee of the Month! Our client stated that Laurie has “rose to the challenges of dealing with the pandemic to ensure employee well-being and is an unseen hero of the agency.” Keep up the amazing work Laurie!
We recognized some of our employees in the Utilities Department at Polk County for their hard work and dedication!
“He’s one of those employees where I can give him a delegated and I don’t have to check behind me. He’s very fast in getting things done for me. I definitely appreciate him very much, it means a lot.”
– Kip Dollar
I really appreciate all the work that he’s done. He’s really motivated in the position where he’s at. I’d definitely like to see him move up higher in positions in different areas and different parts of the county. I’d like to see him follow his goals, wherever he needs to go. Take him all places. Sal is a really good team player. He gets the job done.”
– Jack Spires
“Ian is a hell of an employee. He’s self-motivated and gets all his work done in a timely manner. When he’s done he’s always looking for something else to do. He’s just an all around good employee and I’m glad to have him with us.”
– Sam Bunch
Gillian Murphy was recognized for being an exceptional employee who has become a valued asset to one of our clients! Her supervisor states that “she is an absolute joy to work with!”
“We have a great crew. I will tell you, John has made a home here for sure. He is a great kid – very energetic and is extremely helpful. The deputies, court staff, clerks…everyone loves working with him!
When we presented the award today all the bailiffs stopped working and stood behind their Plexiglas cage and applauded him. Johnathan was so happy and overwhelmed!
I was told by his co worker that Johnathan goes above and beyond with the customers. Most court appearances are via ZOOM and some of elderly don’t get that. He takes the time to discuss how to do a Zoom meeting and will even download the app on their phone! Brian Crudele states that everyone there is a big fan of Johnathan!”
