Kenzie Ralston has been working at Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions since 2018. She is the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Marketing. Kenzie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional. Kenzie began her career in Talent Acquisition when she lived on the West Coast in Portland, OR. There she recruited for a Financial Services Company and an Auto Group in the NW Region. When she is not at a hiring event, reviewing applications, or meeting with clients, she is busy creating content for Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions and growing our brand.
