Michael Bonner was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2011 he graduated from Robert Morris University with a degree in Marketing. While he attended school full time, he also worked full time as a sales representative at Coca-Cola. While working for Coca-Cola, Michael experienced great success and had found a passion for the sales industry.
Michael was able to experience success and responsibility at a young age. He went on to purchase his first home at the age of twenty-one, and shortly after was blessed with girlfriend Tiffany and his his two sons; Brayden and Brantley.
Michael joined ADP in 2013, excepting a position as a District Sales Manager in the Pittsburgh region. He had many success stories within this organization, as to wining many awards including a Presidents Club Award.
Growing up in a blue collar town, Michael always had an interest in carpentry. In 2013 he had met a gentleman who inspired him greatly, and helped lead Michael in opening his own business. After two successful years, he decided to sell his business to a life-long friend and move his family to Bradenton FL.
Michael has now accepted a Director of Sales Operation role with Ad-Vance Talent Solutions. He has found a new passion for leadership, and helping others in the staffing industry. Michael has many goals set for himself, and has big plans for his future here with Ad-Vance.
