Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions would like to congratulate Dan Ford, our May Employee of the Month! Dan was fairly recently hired by Ad-VANCE, but in just a short time, he has proven to be a valuable asset to any organization that we place him with. He has done multiple short-term assignments for us, including an assignment here in the Ad-VANCE office. We were very fortunate to have his assistance during those few weeks, and if we had a place for him here permanently, we all agree that he’d be a great asset! Dan exemplifies hard work, reliability, learning new skills quickly, and going “above and beyond.” When we gave Dan a task to complete, he consistently exceeded our expectations. With his agreeable attitude, he fits in well with just about any workplace culture, and he is always willing to learn and try new things. Dan has recently been hired on a temporary-to-permanent basis with American Torch Tip in Bradenton, and we wish him much continued success in this new position. Congratulations Dan!!
