Welcome to Career Track! Career Track is a collaboration between Ad-Vance Talent Solutions, Suncoast CareerSource and Manatee Technical College to assist non-graduating students without a GED, earn a GED and get a full-time job opportunity with a true career ladder.
Career Track has partnered with leading area employers in a variety of industries that need entry level talent and that have career advancement opportunities for the right individuals. Full time job offers are contingent upon the student earning their GED and completing a 90-day probationary period with the employer.
The timeline to complete the Career Track application process is ideally approximately 3-4 weeks, depending upon the individual, and possible resources needed. Expectations of the student must be completed in full and within a reasonable timeframe.
As soon as all Requirements are met for Ad-Vance, CareerSource and MTC the student will be presented to the interested employer partners.
