Hiring Process
We hire only the best, utilizing background screening, reference checks and drug testing. All associates participate in ongoing industry-specific training, including ServeSafe food handler certifications, first impressions (appearance), client expectations, and teamwork.

Onsite Team Leads ensure smooth event execution and communication between client and staff by relaying event plans, providing backups when needed and assist in coordinating coverage from beginning to end.
