Brion graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 1982. He worked as a Sales representative for Winfield Corporation; a California based medical supply company, from 1982 to 1987, where he consistently excelled in sales and territory development.
Brion joined Norrell Services, a national leader in the temporary staffing industry, in 1987 as an Account Representative. He quickly earned a promotion to Branch Manager in Winston-Salem, NC and achieved President’s Club status each and every year.
He left Norrell in 1990 to become Vice President of Construction Supply, a local building material supplier in Sarasota, FL that grossed over 4 million in sales annually.
Brion opened his own company, Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions, Inc., a temporary and direct hire staffing firm in June of 1995. He is currently the Owner/President of the company and plays an active roll in the day to day business. Under his leadership, Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions has been nominated for Manatee and Sarasota County Chamber of Commerce “Industry of the Year” five times – once in Sarasota and four times in Bradenton. Ad-VANCE has also been named to the Gulf Coast 500 Top Companies in 2011.
With Mr. Sunseri’s direction, Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions has emerged as a leader in the human resources staffing market, growing the business to exceed $7 Million in annual revenues in 2010 1nd 2011.
