You may have seen or spoken with one of these ladies in recent months, but as of this week, they are officially permanent Ad-VANCE employees!! Both ladies have done a wonderful job in payroll and recruiting/administrative roles at Ad-VANCE, and we are lucky to have them on board!
Nicole Anderson is a recent graduate of Manatee Technical Institute’s accounting program, and has over ten years of experience in the financial sector. She is continuing her education in accounting at the State College of Florida. Over the last 6 months, as our new Payroll Specialist, Nicole has made significant improvements to our processes and orchestrated flawless payroll & client invoicing. She has proven to be just the innovate, detail-oriented professional that Ad-VANCE needs to oversee our financial operations. In addition to being an outstanding addition to our financial team, Nicole also provides excellent customer service and incredibly timely conflict resolution to our candidates and clients!
Wendy Dees is our newest temp-turned-employee! While originally hired to fill a temporary administrative need in the Ad-VANCE office, Wendy very quickly proved to be a valuable executive assistant, a great recruiter, and overall percfect fit for the Ad-VANCE team! As Ad-VANCE continues to grow and venture into new markets, Wendy’s role will also continue to evolve and grow!
