Hailing from Annapolis Maryland, Lisa moved to Florida in 1989. After working in the medical arena and travel industries, she joined the Ad-VANCE team in 1998 and has been with them ever since!
Helping others gain successful employment is her passion. She may be affectionally called the “old dog of the office”, but with 26 years of experience in full cycle recruitment she has seen it all! This has equipped her to deftly handle the hardest of recruitment challenges!
Specializing in the RPO process management and government recruitment has become her specialty. With a strong ability to implement process management systems to augment staffing and recruitment processes for any level of municipality has created a successful partnership with many agencies throughout the state of Florida.
